   Cleaning & natural sterilization

   At our modern, food-grade Arica facility, seed is cleaned and sorted, then treated with our LM (Low Moisture) technology — a natural, chemical-free sterilization independently validated to a Log-5 reduction — for clean-label, ready-to-eat safety.

   MicroTech^® milling

   Our exclusive, solvent-free MicroTech^® process reduces the seed into micro-particles — a particle-size distribution under 125 and 435 microns — creating XIA Fiber and XIA Protein with no enzymes, solvents or additives.

   Ingredient solutions & delivery

   Cold-pressed oil, microencapsulated omega-3 and functional flours are documented, certified and delivered worldwide — fully traceable from field to facility.
